Driving to L.A. in the Rain

A word about Complimentary Colors: they set up a tension in the nervous system of the eye, making each color appear more exciting, and more intense. Think of Van Gogh's blue and orange! Think of the shopping enticements coming up soon, with decorations in green and red!
