Home is where the Heart is

Home is Where the Heart Is, watercolor, 6x9, available.
"Encaustic" is from the Latin: "encausticus", which is from the Greek word: "burn in". Encaustic combines melted beeswax with  pigments. It can be used as an adhesive and as paint. Paints are applied on a heated surface, and each layer is fused with a heat gun. Interesting, eh?

  1. Hi Bhavna, thank you for your comment! I tried to go to your website, but couldn't open it. Yes, I'd like very much that we communicate. Could you check if that spelling of your website is correct?
