Gare Matabiau, watercolor in my travel journal. Painted a few days ago in Toulouse, France, from the window of my hotel across the street. Toulouse is such a beautiful city, crossed by the Canal du Midi, with tree-lined avenues, a strong business district, a lively university life, businesses, tourists, the famous "Cite de l'Espace", industries, etc. etc. It is organized with two concentric freeways surrounding the city, called the "Periferique Interieur", and of course, the "Periferique Exterieur", the bus system and metro system are very convenient to go all around town.
Estacion de Trenes Matabiau, acuarela en mi carnet de viajes. Pintada hace unos dias en Toulouse, Francia, desde la ventana de mi hotel del otro lado de la calle. Toulouse es una ciudad hermosa, cruzada por el Canal du Midi, con avenidas arboladas, un pujante distrito financiero, vida universitaria , negocios, turistas, la famosa "Ciudad del Espacio", industrias, etc. Esta organizada con dos autopistas concentricas que rodean la ciudad, llamadas el "periferico interior" y, por supuesto, el "periferico exterior", su sistema de autobuses y metro son muy convenientes para recorrerla.
