Le Pont d'Orthez

Le Pont d'Orthez, watercolor, 30x24 cm., 2007. This painting was exhibited at "Au Village" gallerie, in Saint Savin, then at the Bibliotheque de Cauterets, the following year. This bridge is in Orthez, France, near the Pyrenees, about one hour from Lourdes. Fue exhibido en la galeria "Au Village", en Saint-Savin, luego en la Bibliotheque Municipale de Cauterets al ano siguiente. Este puente esta en Orthez, Francia, cerca de los Pirineos, a una hora de Lourdes.

Leonardo da Vinci, in his treatise: Essays on Painting, insists that the painter, to be really good, must represent "exactly the truth and exactitud of the works of nature, the imitations must be irreprochable. But what then with the representation of angels, or the virgin? How do we know how to represent them?
