Refugee

I recently taught a workshop in Verfeil, France, on the subject of LIGHT.
Some things to remember: Light affects every aspect of the painting process. Light makes things happen. It determines shape and form, reveals color and defines texture. It is the painter's primary tool for directing the attention of the viewer! It really separates the magical from the mediocre. Don't forget that reality is just an illusion processed through our perceptions. You, the artist, can change reality to achieve a more aesthetic effect. Go ahead! Experiment!
Hace poco ensene un curso en Verfeil, Francia, sobre el tema de la LUZ. Algunas cosas para recordar: La luz afecta todos los aspectos del proceso de la pintura. La luz determina lo que ocurre.
